| Who owns the domain name? |
When you order your new website, you can choose to register a new domain name. We will register and maintain your domain name for you, but the domain name is owned by you. |
| Who owns the website design? |
While we own all the original website designs, you own your customized pages or template. If for any reason you decide to cancel your website services with our company, you will have the option of taking your customized pages & template files with you. |
| What does your hosting fee include? |
All our website hosting packages include normal website maintenance & customer support, email service (POP and/or forwarding accounts), 1000 Megabytes storage, 100 Gigabytes data transfer per month, website statistics, Cpanel...plus much much more...We don't like to nickel and dime our clients! Our Web Hosting Deluxe program allows us to act as your webmaster. Unless you are a web designer or know how to maintain a website yourself, you will need to hire a webmaster regardless of where you host your website. Part of the hosting fee is also for the use of our intellectual property (the control panel and back end of the website). |

A prospect would find your site through your personal advertising (signs, business cards, etc.) as well as through the search engines. All of our packages include submission to Google - Yahoo - Ask - Alexa search engine's. Basic link page built in all sites. Link Management programs and SEO programs available. |
| How long will it take to get my new website up and running? |
New websites are usually up and running within 5-10 business days of your order. Your website may take longer to go live if you are transferring a domain name (as opposed to registering a new domain name). Domain name transfers take 24-72 hours to complete. |

Sure! We can incorporate your current website’s content, pages, images, documents, etc. into any of our website packages. If you wish, you can even use your current website’s design/layout instead of choosing a custom design.
